even though the temperature today (and apparently for the next ten days) exceeded an even slightly acceptable level and all i could manage was a breezy sundress, i am loving the look of a linen summer blazer. it looks so pulled together, yet so cool. i've been scouring the goodwill lately - hopefully, the perfect one will turn up soon. especially considering those shown here all exceed the $100 level.
is this not the most gorgeous outfit ever? of course it is - this blazer costs $595. bah.
i think this blazer is actually seersucker, but you get the idea. denim shorts suddenly look less like they came from hollister.

Have been loving your blog, Chelsea -- you always find beautiful things. Just dropping by to say that I LOVE the summer blazer look too. I just saw Bridesmaids and Kristen Wiig often rocks the summer blazer with a cute sundress in it. She always looks adorable.
